1 Woman Dead Man In Critical Condition After Motorbike Hits Deer In Cochrane

Cochrane RCMP, fire and emergency services responded to the crash on Highway 22 north of Fireside Gate at approximately 1:13 p.m. of Tuesday. A 67-year-old driver and passenger were taken to Calgary hospitals in critical condition. The female passenger succumbed to her injuries, according to a Tuesday night press release from the RCMP. The driver remains in critical condition, according to police. “The Cochrane RCMP sends its sincere condolences to the families and loved ones affected by this tragedy,” the statement said.
