Prime Video, its response to streaming competitors Netflix and Crave, has also boosted the choice of original programming in recent years. In addition, the acquisition of MGM closed last month, which will expand the streaming options library. Existing monthly subscribers will see the price increase on May 13, while annual members will see the jump in renewal.
