Vancouver Fire Department said it was unclear how many people were injured or killed in the accident on the Marine Way in the River District. Police officers have been in charge of the scene and an arborist has been called. Footage taken by traffic cameras at the scene shows a dark vehicle being crushed under a tree at 6:55 p.m. PT.
