Trump and two of his children must be fired by New York Attorney General, according to judges “Instead of obeying a court order, Mr. Trump is trying to avoid it. “We are asking for the immediate intervention of the court because no one is above the law,” James said on Thursday. He asked Engoron to fine Trump $ 10,000 a day for his continued non-compliance, but did not seek to imprison him. In a 26-page motion filed by James’s office in Engoron, investigators said Trump ignored a judge’s March 31 deadline to provide summons documents issued in December. Trump “did not comply at all,” the proposal said.
