The teenager was arrested yesterday (April 8) after 25 vehicles were destroyed by fire in the areas of Bradley Stoke and Stoke Gifford in the early hours of Sunday (April 3), including some vehicles belonging to charities.
A total of up to 40 vehicles were targeted in arson attacks over the weekend in Bradley Stoke, Little Stoke, Patchway and Stoke Gifford between 1 p.m. where about 20 vehicles were damaged after a fire broke out around 3.45 p.m.

The 15-year-old has since been released on condition that he stay at home for certain hours of the day and the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is kindly requested to contact Avon and Somerset Police.
Chief Inspector Andy Greaves said: “We have received a huge response from the public to assist us with our investigations. More than 30 pieces of CCTV have been submitted by the local community, all of which are being considered and we are very grateful for these contributions.
“We can confirm that a teenager from southern Gloucestershire was arrested yesterday and has since been conditioned to stay home between 9pm and 6am Anyone with information or videos about this investigation can contact us. “
