Spears, 40, not only revealed her pregnancy, but also appeared to announce that she married her fiancé Sam Asghari, 28, calling her “husband” in the post.
Spears described how she noticed changes in her stomach that she initially rejected as weight gain.
“So I did a pregnancy test … and ohhhh, well … I’m having a baby,” she posted.
The pop star also recounted how she suffered from depression during a previous pregnancy and how she now feels that women can discuss their mental health more openly while they are pregnant.
“This time I will do yoga every day !!! Scattering a lot of joy and love !!!” she wrote.
In June 2021, Spears filed a lawsuit in court over her conservative case that prevented her from marrying or having more children.

In November, a judge terminated her 13-year-old conservative which allowed her father, Jamie Spears, to control her personal life and $ 60 million US fortune.
Spears has two sons, Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, from her previous marriage to Kevin Federline.
