It’s official now: Cranston and Aaron Paul, who played Jesse Pinkman in Better Call Saul, Breaking Bad’s predecessor, will return. Co-creator Peter Gould unveiled the news at a Paleyfest event and AMC confirmed the news, noting “They’re Back”. Cranston and Pinkman starred White and Pinkman in five seasons of dramatic drug trafficking, as well as in the 2019 Netflix El Camino feature film: A Breaking Bad Movie, released in 2019. Earlier in the day, Jonathan Banks, who plays Mike Ehrmantruat, was asked by Deadline’s Pete Hammond when asked if Cranston would return: “Why would you want that? I mean, we’re talking about a really overrated actor. “ Odenkirk added: “Make sure he knows John said that.” The sixth and final season of Better Call Saul is divided into two parts. It starts on April 18 and will last until the end of May, before starting again in early July. “Although I know what is happening [in the end]”I do not think it hit me,” Odenkirk said of slippery slope lawyer Saul Goodman. “It’s Rubik’s Cube from Hell,” Gould added, adding that the final season of the drama series is suitable for fans. “It’s incredibly challenging and intimidating, but starting the show was the same thing.” They are returning. #BetterCallSaul pic.twitter.com/IXDq6KarcN – Better Call Saul (@BetterCallSaul) April 10, 2022
