In a statement, his family said: “We are utterly devastated by the sudden, tragic loss of our Jordan. He was a fun, kind-hearted, happy character who loved his family. Emergency services, including an ambulance that landed around 11.15am, were called to the scene after a vehicle crashed. The road was closed until 3.40 p.m. Police continue to call for witnesses to appear at the scene.
