The single-vehicle accident occurred at approximately 3:45 p.m. this morning at L3022 in Cavan County Virginia. The driver, a man in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene and his body was taken to Navan Mortuary where an autopsy will be performed. Forensic investigators are currently examining the site and the road is closed with local diversions. A Garda spokesman called on all witnesses to the crash to contact them. He said: “Any road user who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) traveling on the L3022 in Cavan, Virginia, between 3:15 and 4:00 am will be required to dispose of this footage in Gardaí. . “Anyone with any information is requested to contact Bailieboro Garda Station at 042 9694570, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.”
