Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal announced publicly on Sunday that Musk remains Twitter’s largest shareholder and the company will remain open to his contribution. Musk tweeted on Saturday morning that he would not actually take the board position. Agrawal wrote: “We were excited to work together and clear up the risks. way forward “. The Twitter CEO did not say whether Musk gave specific reasons why he changed his mind about making a new commitment. Encouraging Twitter employees to stay focused, Agrawal also wrote: “There will be distractions ahead, but our goals and priorities remain unchanged. The decisions we make and how we execute are in our hands, no one else’s.” On April 7, Elon Musk and Twitter announced that they would join the Twitter board. A day earlier, the CEO of Tesla and the richest man in the world revealed through financial deposits that he is the largest shareholder of the social networking company. Twitter’s share rose 4% on Tuesday after the announcement of the board.
