Sacramento shooting suspect Dandra Martin appeared in court on Tuesday on charges of assault and illegal possession of a firearm in connection with a barrage of bullets that killed six people and injured 12 in downtown on Sunday. More than 100 shots were fired and dozens of witnesses provided video evidence. Martin, 26, appeared in a cage in the courtroom in an orange prison uniform and a blue medical mask, with his hair braided. The short process ended around 3:20 p.m. PST.
