Five people were taken to hospital in stable condition after colliding with up to 10 vehicles on the Trans-Canada Highway at West Shore Parkway at around 10:30 p.m. on Friday. One of the vehicles hit a dump truck and caught fire, the Langford Fire Department said. The collision closed the north lanes of the freeway at West Shore Parkway for quite some time, leading to long delays. Traffic on West Shore Parkway was also heavily supported. [email protected]
