Photo via GoFundMe A GoFundMe has been started for a toddler who died in a swimming hole in Conception Bay South on Sunday. 6-year-old Sam Porter died while at a popular swimming hole in Seal Cove known as “The Still”. Porter is remembered for his love of sports, his infectious laugh and his great personality. Visitation is set for tomorrow at Hickey’s Funeral Home from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A celebration of life will be held on Friday at 2:00 PM at All Saints Church. The service will be broadcast live. All proceeds from the GoFundMe will go towards funeral costs, with any extra money going to the school playground in Sam’s memory.
