This secret information was sent to a member of the public incorrectly by a Welsh government official, the civil servant said. A senior Welsh government official, Dr Andrew Goodall, told the BBC: “Although the email did not contain any business information, it was marked ‘officially sensitive’ and should not have been disclosed. “We take the issue of information and data security very seriously and this is now being investigated as a possible breach of security. “We can not comment further.”
