If you have just created an account for the WTF1 Team, sometimes payment can take up to 48 hours to complete. If you’re still having problems, email us at [email protected] and we will help you. What payment methods do you accept for Team WTF1 subscriptions? We currently allow credit or debit card payments and Apple Pay. We are working hard behind the scenes to add more payment options, so be sure to check back soon for developments. If your preferred payment method is not currently supported, we’re really sorry, but do not forget that we do not remove content from our regular program, so none of our existing content is affected. Do I have to be in the UK to join the WTF1 Team? You can definitely join the WTF1 Team as an international fan. However, our events are mainly based in the UK at the moment due to travel restrictions. As an international WTF1 Team member, there will still be plenty of virtual things to participate in, such as exclusive podcast access, virtual game sessions and other benefits like discounts on our merchandise! We will try to differentiate the hours of these virtual events as much as possible so that all people based in different time zones can participate.
