The video captured the dog walker screaming “Oh my God! I’ve been shot!” and “Help me!” and “I’m bleeding from my chest!” U.S. Marshals said Jackson should be considered “armed and dangerous” and urged anyone with information about his whereabouts to report it to police immediately.
