The Ridge Meadows RCMP says police were called to Lougheed Highway and 226th Street around 4:30 p.m. after receiving “multiple calls” for shots. “Police arrived at the scene to find a man with gunshot wounds. “The man died tragically,” said a statement from Mounties. “The investigation is at a very early stage, however, preliminary details reveal that this does not appear to be a coincidence.” The Comprehensive Homicide Investigation has been called.
