Niagara State Police officers said they responded to shootings inside the Great Canadian Midway entertainment complex in Clifton Hill around 12:30 on Friday.
Police located three male victims with gunshot wounds, all under the age of 18.  One of the victims was found dead at the scene, police said in a press release Friday morning.
The other two victims were taken to a local hospital by Ornge ambulance service.

One surviving victim was transported with serious injuries, but police announced on Friday afternoon that both victims are now in stable condition.
Investigators say a blue 4-door pick-up Ford F-150 Super Crew was spotted leaving the area at high speed.  It had dark tinted windows, a triptych tonneau cover and a full floor.
The vehicle has obvious damage and is missing the door handle and front plate, according to police.  He was last seen traveling west on Lundy’s Lane to Montrose Road and Highway 420.

No other suspicious information has been provided.
The homicide unit is under investigation and police say there is no evidence of a continuing threat to public safety.
Investigators said there was no evidence so far that the shooting was accidental.  All three victims were from outside the Niagara area, police said.
Police remain on the scene to investigate and Clifton Hill remains closed to both pedestrians and pedestrians and is not expected to reopen for several hours.
