The Ukrainian armed forces said they had killed Colonel Alexander Bespalov, commander of Russia’s 59th Guards Regiment, a select unit of tanks, and Lieutenant Colonel Vyacheslav Savinov, commander of the 49th Army Artillery Reconnaissance Reconnaissance.
