Police say one person was shot to death and two others were injured in a shooting at Niagara Falls Clifton Hill around 12:30 p.m. The incident happened near the Great Canadian Midway. The victim of the murder was dead on the spot and the other victims were transported to the hospital via the Ornge ambulance service. Niagara State Police say one of the victims is in critical condition and the other is in stable condition.
