Emergency crews received a report of the collision shortly before 8:20 p.m. at Mcvean and Countryside drives. Police said both vehicles remained at the scene.
Upon arrival, Peel rescuers found a man without vital signs. They were taken to hospital, where they were pronounced dead, police said.
Another person was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
It is not immediately clear what caused the crash.
