Items confiscated include:

As a result, Jayden Aprile, 22, of Ajax, Ont., And Patricia Vierimaa, 24, of Sault Ste Marie, were arrested and charged with multiple counts.

Unauthorized possession of a weapon, contrary to article 91 (2) of the Civil Code Knowledge about unauthorized possession of a firearm, in contrast to article 92 (1) of the CC. Possession of a prohibited device or ammunition, in contrast to article 92 (2) of K.K. Possession of a loaded prohibited or restricted firearm, contrary to article 95 (a) of the CC. Patricia Vierimaa, 24, of Sault Ste Marie was charged with:

Possession of Program I Substance – Opioids (other than heroin), in violation of Article 4 (1) of the CDSA Trafficking in Annex I Substance – Opioids (other than heroin), in violation of Article 5 (1) of the CDSA Possession of proceeds of crime under $ 5,000, in violation of Article 354 (1) (a) of the CC

Both defendants appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sault Ste Marie on April 9, 2022.
