Later Monday, Keenan Harpole, 20, a former Portland State football team candidate, turned himself in to police in connection with the deadly shooting, KOIN reported. Harpol was charged with second-degree murder, illegal use of a weapon and domestic violence, the report said, citing police. Marluke is mentioned as a loyal family member and friend who has been active since at least high school defending racial and social justice issues, the newspaper reported.
