Sergei Shoigu, 66, is said to be “out of the game” after a state of emergency and “could become disabled” if he survives, according to businessman Leonid Nevzlin.
The 52-year-old, who is an enemy of Vladimir Putin, added that the government official is currently “in the intensive care unit, connected to the devices,” the Mirror reports.

He also claims that 20 Defense Department generals have been detained as part of a 7 7.6 billion ransom case, with 150 Federal Security Service (FSB) officers already in custody. The exiled former co-owner of the oil giant Yukos claims that his news was spread by anonymous sources in Moscow, however it has not yet been confirmed by an independent. There have also been reports that Putin has put him on the brink of invasion as Kremlin forces have suffered heavy casualties. Nevzlin did not say when he immediately believed Shoigu had a heart attack. He claimed that the detained generals were all from the “headquarters” and not from the field in Ukraine – but gave no evidence of such mass detention during the war in Ukraine. There are rumors that he was ordered to operate from a remote nuclear shelter in the Urals by President Putin.
