The crash of two vehicles occurred on Ingram Street at the junction with High Street in Merchant City around 21:50 last night. A photo taken from the spot shows the damaged cars outside the Japanese restaurant Sapporo Teppanyaki on Ingram Street. Fortunately, no one needed hospital treatment as a result of the crash, and no one inside the chip store was injured at the time, according to police. A 31-year-old man was reported to the Finance Prosecutor for alleged traffic violations. A Scottish police spokesman said: “At around 9.50pm on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, police were called to a two-vehicle crash on Ingram Street near Glasgow High Street. “No one needed hospital treatment as a result of the crash. “The vehicles hit the window of a nearby restaurant, there are no details on the extent of the damage, no one was injured. “A 31-year-old man was reported to the Finance Prosecutor in connection with alleged road violations.” Read more related articles Read more related articles
