The deputies said that they answered the point around 22:34. Two victims were taken to hospital with injuries. According to Sheriff Chad McBride, the perpetrator died from a gunshot wound he caused before lawmakers could take him into custody. He added that no member of parliament fired his weapon during the incident. McBride said there were 30 workers at the factory when filming began. All of them survived, except for the two injured. According to McBride, employees at a nearby company called Tipsy Tavern helped those who fled the factory and called 911. The sheriff’s office relocated the factory staff to another location to be reunited with their families after the scene was cleared.
