Two men in Washington have been charged with posing as federal agents after giving gifts to U.S. intelligence agents such as iPhones, apartments and televisions, according to officials. Arian Taherzadeh, 40, and Haider Ali, 36, were arrested Wednesday afternoon after several federal agents entered a block of flats in southeastern Washington, DC.
