In a virtual speech to South Korean lawmakers Monday, Mr Zelensky urged Seoul to offer more than the humanitarian and non-lethal aid it has provided so far, citing the need for heavier equipment to fight Russian tanks and missiles. “We thank South Korea for its help, but to survive the war with Russia we need more help,” Zelensky said during the 15-minute virtual speech.
