On Saturday night, the Sarnia Fire Department visited the scene of the fire on a ground floor unit at the Days Inn at 505 Harbor Road in Sarnia. Upon arrival, firefighters discovered black smoke and flames coming from a corner room on the first floor. Firefighters quickly brought the fire under control and maintained damage only in the source room. No passengers or firefighters were injured during the operation.
