According to Avon and Somerset police, the incident took place around 1:50 p.m. on Tuesday (April 5) at A371 Locking Moor Road. The victim hit the horn of his car as he was obviously unhappy with the driver of a 12-plate van that felt he had been cut off. When both vehicles stopped at a set of temporary traffic lights a little further on, near the Helicopter Museum, the suspect got out of the van and hit the victim in the face, leaving the victim with bruises on the face.
