This weekend will start with a chance of turbulence on Friday afternoon, followed by cold weather on Saturday and we will see warmer, more seasonal weather on Sunday – but it will not last. In fact, this weekend will be indicative of the weather we will see for the rest of April. We usually see spring rains and higher temperatures as we head towards mid-April. However, the delayed La Nino conditions in the Pacific will increase the risk of more snow and colds by the end of this month. Whenever temperatures rise and we believe spring is here to stay, another cold wind will bring back the threat of snow. Friday brings some morning showers and then some turmoil in the evening. The highest levels during the day will reach only + 3 ° C with cool north wind. Temperatures drop slightly below zero early Saturday morning and reach only + 2 ° C in the afternoon under mostly cloudy skies. Stormy northwest winds will bring wind values below zero. On Sunday the weather will be mostly clear, with the temperature rising to almost +10 degrees Celsius. A little cooler weather and clouds return for the beginning of next week. On longer-range weather models, there is some suggestion that we could see heavy rain in the middle of next week, followed by the risk of snow falling next weekend.
