Woman In Critical Condition After Hit And Run Downtown

Toronto police responded to a clash in the area of ​​King Street and Spadina Avenue on Thursday around 3:15 p.m.
Police said a female pedestrian was hit by a vehicle and rushed to hospital in critical condition.
The vehicle did not remain on the spot and police are still searching for the driver, investigators said.
Police describe the vehicle as a black Mercedes sedan with damage to the front.
The south lanes on Spadina Avenue are closed from King Street to Wellington Street for research.
